💶 Team registration (TF): €150
💶 Player fee (PF): €60
💶 Companion fee: €25 — for people who won't play but enjoy the tournament's amenities; includes everything in the player fee except taking part in the matches.
🛏️ Accommodation (2 nights, triple room): €69 per person — see options below.

✔️ Sports medical insurance in case of accident (Spanish Royal Decree 849/1993)
✔️ Physiotherapist during the tournament
✔️ Food tent: ingredients for sandwiches and snacks (drinks not included)
✔️ Social gathering on the first day, at a secret location: each team gets clues to find it

🏨 Residencia CAR de La Cartuja (recommended): a high-performance athletes' residence on the banks of the Guadalquivir, one of only 4 in Spain classified as CEAR by Spain's Higher Sports Council. Renovated in 2021, breakfast included. Sleep the Copa Ibérica where national teams train.

📅 Room block for 19–21 February: 25 triples + 5 quadruples (up to 95 spots, convertible into single, double or triple depending on what your team needs).
🗓️ You can extend your stay before or after the tournament if you need to: check availability and rate when booking.

❌ Cancellations: no refunds are given, so please plan ahead.
🎟️ Pre-registration discount: all admitted teams that signed up during the pre-registration period pay a TF of €100 (instead of €150).
🌱 Sustainable mobility discount: 15% off the Player Fee (€9) if you arrive by neutral or low-emission transport. Let us know so we can apply it. It is applied to purchases at the event's drinks tent; it is not refunded in cash except for justified requests.

El encuentro será en una ubicación secreta, más adelante cada equipo recibirá una serie de instrucciones para encontrar este lugar.

Following the recommendations of USA Ultimate's Gender Inclusion Policy, we recognize that not all gender identities are binary, and that assuming gender binarism as the norm for participation could make some people feel excluded or unsafe. For this reason, Copa Ibérica will not discriminate based on gender identity, regardless of sex assigned at birth or any other form of gender expression, with regard to participation in the tournament.
We affirm that people of all gender identities should have the freedom to participate in sporting events like this one in the division in which they feel most comfortable and safe according to their gender identity, and that they should be recognized, respected, and included at all levels of the sport. We strongly recommend that all organizers, leagues, tournaments, clinics, and events adopt this statement as written and foster an open and inclusive environment across all ultimate programs.
Thanks to the inspiring work of European teams in embracing diversity, as well as the good practices gathered by the European Flying Disc Federation, we have taken some measures we want to promote. For our club, it's important that all teams joining Copa Ibérica know and apply these guidelines, trusting that they will not only ensure a better environment for the development and enjoyment of our sport, but will also drive valuable learning for our whole community.
Guidelines
The categories Male Matching Players (MMP) and Female Matching Players (FMP) will be used as a reference for team composition on the field, promoting language that doesn't tie players' personal identity to their role in the game, and that welcomes the diversity of gender identities, including those that don't fit the gender binary.
Gender-matching signals will be used on the offensive line to help the defending team identify who they should guard, without needing to make assumptions about gender identity. Following the current WFDF rules, whoever makes up the majority during that point will make the corresponding signal for their role as MMP or FMP.
Designated point-of-contact people will be available to address any issue related to the inclusion of all players throughout the tournament.
We encourage participating teams to apply these guidelines. We're excited to keep growing our sport by promoting diversity. Feel free to raise any questions, as well as suggest additional measures that could enrich this purpose.

Both fields are at Centro Deportivo Los Caños (Torreblanca), a municipal sports complex with artificial grass in eastern Seville.
Getting to the venue
🚌 Bus: lines 29 and 39 drop you at the Estaca de Bares (Creus) stop, a 15-minute walk away.
🚕 Taxi, Uber, Cabify: average 15€/trip.
🚲 Sevici (public bikes): there's a station 10 minutes away.
🚗 Car: you can park on the street, right in front of the fields.
